Speaking of short nails, I guess all the pregnancy/postpartum benefits have completely left the building because I cannot keep any length these days. My nails get to a certain point and then split or break off which keeps me filing them down for an look even. It makes me sad 🙁
Do you have any suggestions for nail strengtheners? At this point, I’m taking all the help I can get!

Are you still taking your prenatal vitamins? I gave birth on 1/18/13, and I still take a prenatal. My nails grow better than pre pregnancy but I do get breakage after a certain length. Good luck. Love the color!
Sally hanson strong as nails work great to give your nails strong so they can grow…I started using them when I took acrylic off for good…dont need as much but always keep a bottle
I rub coconut oil into my cuticles & the residual into my nails about three times a week. And in an empty polish bottle, I mix a calcium enriched nail treatment (LA girl found at Walmart) with any Sally Hansen base coat. I hope this helps :o) W. Albright

Love the rich color for fall. I take biotin for hair and nails and it does seem to work. Plus i use a base coat on my nail that has calcium.
