Honey Mustard Chicken

Happy Friday!!! I have a recipe to share today...YAY. I know, it's been a month of Sundays since my last one, forgive me. This is pretty much a staple in my household, we can't get enough of it. Sometimes we use chicken breast and other times we use chicken thighs because they're juicier. The good news is that you could probably make this work with any meat or meatless option of your choice. The sauce makes the dish ;-)

Ingredients

1/3 cup Dijon-Style Mustard
1/2 cup Honey
2 tbsp Dried Dill
 2.5lb Chicken (quartered)

Directions

*Preheat oven to 375 degrees
*Combine mustard, honey and dill
*Arrange chicken quarters in 9 x 13 inch baking dish
*Pour mixture over chicken (making sure to turn over and coat each side)
*Bake covered for 30 minutes
*Uncover and bake for another 10 minutes or until golden brown

That's all folks. Simple but still very delicious! Try it out and let me know what you think ;-)

  1. I made this a few Sundays ago with chicken thighs...served it with mashed cauliflower. OMGeeee I've never wanted to eat a whole package of chicken in one sitting before! Didn't add any dill though...hmm...looks like I'll have to make it again this week :-)

  3. I've made this like 4 times since this was posted. My family and I love this!!! It's like the best chicken ever. My oldest son hates honey mustard, and he even started liking it after the second time I made it. Thank you so much for this recipe. The only thing I changed was the dill because my husband just won't eat dill. I think I may try it on a few pieces next time. Btw, my husband and I love you guys' vlogs! Congrats on the baby and such a wonderful and loving marriage. God bless!
