Texas Tuna Melt

Today's lunch was inspired by none other than my wonderful creativity. Nothing too fancy, but it was super good so I though I'd share...


Ingredients Used:

1 slice of Texas Toast (your choice of flavor, just make sure it's already cooked)
Tuna salad mix (as much as your heart desires)
1/2 sliced avocado
1/2 sliced tomato
1 slice of cheese

Pile it all up high on the toast and pop that sucker in the over for about 5 minutes to melt the cheese. Serve with your favorite side item.
